The best budget things to do this weekend!

It’s beginning to look a lot like summer and there are a variety of cheap things happening in the City this weekend. It’s the London Gaming Festival, so there are lots of gaming themed activities going on across the city. Don’t feel like staying in? There are walks in the park, vintage fairs to rummage through and even the opportunity to escape the city and visit some of the world’s most endangered animals. A three day, experiential games festival that coincides with the London Games Festival. Flex those thumbs and get stuck in.

#2 | Walking with Heroes: Celebrating the Victoria Cross | Green Park | £5
Learn the history of the Victoria Cross and visit some of Green Park’s most important war memorials as well as the stories of some of the recipients.

An immersive, 4K experience that brings guests up close and personal with ten of the world’s most endangered species.

#4 | Vauxhall Vintage and Antiques Market | Vauxhall | Free
Browse through the wares of over 60 traders, selling a variety of retro and antique items at this brand new vintage market.
When: Sunday 9th April 2017 (10am-4pm).

Catch a sight of the spectacle that is this parade, that coincides with the London Games Festival where everyone taking part will be dressing up as their favourite video game characters.
