Fancy working at Edinburgh International Film Festival 2013?
For those who aren’t familiar with the festival (although this is kind of impossible) Edinburgh International Film Festival is an annual fortnight of cinema screenings and related events that takes place each June in Edinburgh. It was established in 1947 and it is the world’s oldest running film festival, presenting both UK and international movie premieres.
Having said that, it’s easy to understand that working at the EIFF2013 would be a thrilling experience! Well, you’re lucky because there is an on-line recruitment for temporary paid staff, placement and volunteer positions!
You can go through all the different types of advertised positions and see if there is anything suitable for you. You’ll find a vast array of jobs: from admin to development, marketing, press, technical and so on.. All applications must be made ONLY through their online form (which is great ’cause you don’t have to send anything by post). Last but not least: the festival is running from the 19th to the 30th of June 2013 and if you want to know more about the 2013 program, well you’ll have to wait until its launch on the 29th of May.
