Everyone knows that Mondays can be a right drag. The weekend is over; most of us are back to work; everyone is miserable. Can things get any worse? Well MasterCard and Android Pay have teamed up to cheer Londoners up!

So, what do you get?
In a nutshell: free coffee and free travel! All you have to do to claim it is go into an Cafe Nero, get out your phone and show them that you have the MasterCard Android Pay installed. It’s as simple as that! Then a free coffee or hot drink is yours for the choosing. To get your free travel, just make sure your use your Android Pay to tap in at any ticket barrier within the Oyster zones. If that wasn’t enough, any time that you use the app between now and the 30th October, you will be entered into prize draw, giving you the opportunity to win a trip to New York! Winning!
Sweet! How do I get the app?
Android Pay is available on any smartphone with Android Kitkat 4.4 and above and can be used anywhere you see a sign for contactless payment. As soon as you have downloaded the app, you can add your Mastercard credit or debit card. When you want to use it, simply unlock your phone and tap against the reader to pay! The payments are completely secure, as they don’t use your card information but a unique ID number whilst a zero liability coverage is also available to any Mastercard holders, free of charge.
