Job Hopping Can Damage your Employment Future

If Changing Jobs is your thing…

Have you ever considered that changing jobs frequently (like changing dirty underwear) can be harmful for your employment future prospects?

They say that job hopping is the ‘New Normal’ for Millennials as 91% percent of people born between 1977-1997 expect to stay in a job for less than three years (according to the Future Workplace). However, according to theundercoverrecruiter.com, 39% of the recruiters who participated in their survey claimed that job hopping is a barrier for an unemployed candidate to get a new position and that job instability on a resume of a candidate could come at the cost of the dream job… Moreover, 70% said that people in their 30s were the easiest to place in new positions and that unemployment can lead to becoming unemployable.

They have made a nice info graphic (you can check a snapshot below) regarding this matter.
