80’s music & dance at Reflex Dance Studios

Do you wanna put on neon lycra, leg warmers, acid wash ANYTHING and dance? Reflex Dance Studios is the place for you. Tired of all the pretence that surrounds nights out these days, Reflex Dance Studios was founded as a place where you can let your hair down, dance, and not worry about what your neighbour thinks (because trust me, they’ll look just as ridiculous as you do).
The idea is simple: everyone can dance and they shouldn’t be afraid to try! Classes will be offered in aerobics, Latin American dancing, Ballroom dancing, a performance course, and my personal favourite, the “Drama Queen” class. Each dance class, no matter what the style, will be infused with an 80’s flare and will only cost £5!

7.00-8.00pm: Reflex Latin Class
8.00-9.00pm: The Reflex Class
9.00pm-3.00am: Party at the Bar!
