This weekend 17-19 July, there are plenty of great free things to do in London. We are super exited about the Lambeth Country Show and the Walthamstow’s Garden Party, both are not-to-be-missed events (you can head to Lambeth Country Show on Saturday and to Whalthamstow’s Garden Party on Sunday). On Saturday, if you don’t fancy traveling that far, you can head either to Camden where there is a mini acoustic festival at Dingwalls Canalside or to St. John at Hackney Church where there is a nice summer fete. Finally, on Sunday if you want to feel like being on vacation you can visit The Wick where you will find tons of sand, a boutique/vintage market, delicious street food, cocktails and more. So, without further ado we present our Top 5 Free Events in London this weekend 17-19 July 2015. - Walthamstow’s Garden Party at Lloyd Park, E17 3AP – Sat 18 & Sun 19
Live music from the likes of Ghostpoet, Femi Kuti and Skatalites plus theatre, dance, circus, films and more.. - Lambeth Country Show in Brockwell Park, SE24 0PA – Sat 18 & Sun 19 (noon-8pm)
One of my favourite free summer festival returns with a great line up, workshops, a mini zoo and more. - Free Sunny Sunday at The Wick, E9 5JH – Sun 19 (noon-10:30pm)
Head to the Wick where you’ll find a boutique/vintage market, streetfood, cocktails on the beach and disco. - London acoustics free summer festival at Dingwalls Canalside, Camden, NW1 8AB – Sat 18 (3-9pm)
An all day mini festival on the canal featuring 10 acoustic acts. - Hackney Summer Fete St. John at Hackney Church, E5 0PD – Sat 18 (noon – 7pm)
A fete showcasing all that Hackney has to offer in food, beverages, arts, crafts, music and entertainment.
