Ok, on the one hand today it’s Black Friday and this will be the hottest shopping weekend of the year. On the other hand, as always there are a lot of exciting free things to do in London this weekend. We’ve picked the top 5 including also Friday events. We are excited about the Independent Label Market, Howard Griffin Gallery’s new exchibition Parabola Di G, the La radio event at Grow in Hackney. There is also a nice 2 day event at the Old Truman Brewery and the festival of light in Canning Town. So without further ado here is our Top 5 Free Events in London this weekend 28-30 November 2014! Street artist RUN is exhibiting for the first time under his real name, Giacomo Bufarini and this exhibition is a must!
►Spread The Word ‘Xmas’ Show at 93 Feet East, The Old Truman Brewery, E1 6QL – Fri 28 & Sat 29 Nov
A 2 day cultural event featuring contemporary art, photography, design, fashion, music, shopping and much more.
►La Radio at Grow Hackney, E9 5LN – Sat 29 (free between 6-8pm)
A super nice live event with world music sounds from TUMBAITO and Colomboloco. We totally recommend it!
►Light Night Canning Town in Canning Town, e16 – Sat 29
A festival of light where artists create spectacular light installations, performances, music and puppetry and more.
►Independent Label Market and London Brewers’ Market at Old Spitalfields Market – Sat 29 (11am-6pm)
