Like always, there are plenty of cool free things to do in London this weekend. We are super excited about the Women of the World Festival at the Southbank Centre, the International  Women’s Day event by the international female collective Androgynous Mind at the Strongroom Bar and the interesting Screen Rebels Showcase at the Proud Archivist. Moreover, there is a exciting live music night at The George Tavern featuring the alternative rock band Water Knot and the So Vintage London fair at the Old Spitalfields Market. ►Women of the World Festival at Southbank Centre, SE1 8XX – Fri, Sat & Sun
There are lots of great free exhibitions, performances, talks, concerts, film, comedy and workshops celebrating women
So Vintage London at the Old Spitalfields Market, Spitalfields, E1 6EW – Sat 7 (11am – 5pm)
A fab vintage market packed with vintage jewellery, clothing, accessories and homeware.
Androgynous Mind – International Women’s Day at Strongroom Bar, Shoreditch, EC2A 3SQ – Sun 8 (2pm – 10pm)
‎An International Womens Day‬ event with workshops, performances, live art installations, live music, DJ sets & more.
Screen Rebels Showcase at The Proud Archivist, Haggerston, N1 5ET – Sun 8 (6:30pm – 10:30pm)
A new collection of short film screenplays especially adapted for live performance.
Born Under Punches at The George Tavern, Shadwell, E1 0LA – Fri 6 (starts at 9pm – 3am)
London’s loudest Friday night returns with live acts by Water Knot, Eureka Station and Dogs of Riga.
