Free Live Music Festival – Thursday 15 to Sunday 18 August
Now this is a top quality free fest! Under the Stars Festival brings four nights of super free outdoor live music to London from jazz, soul and funk to classical and asian beats. The festival will take place in Central Park, East Ham, E6 featuring great names from the likes of Incognito, The Brand New Heavies, Boney M, DCS feat. Shin, The Real Thing and the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra! Each night has its own music style and theme. The festival’s opening night – Jazz in the Park is dedicated to jazz and acid jazz, Friday night – Eastern Beats will be a night of the finest Asian Beats and awesome visual spectacle, Saturday night – Back to Boogie will take you back to the boogie while the closing night – Proms in the Park will spread classical melodies all around the park. You can reach the park by taking the District or Hammersmith & City Line to East Ham station and then one of the following buses: 58, 101, 104, 115, 474. Under the Stars Festival is definitely a Not-to-be-Missed Event so be sure to attend and have fun!
