Cockpit Arts, the award winning social enterprise, which supports extraordinary craftspeople making work in the UK, is seeking a part-time Business Information Manager (£26,000 pro rata 4 days) to play a key role in developing 165 resident designer-maker businesses. What will be your responsibilities? Based at its two London incubator centres in Holborn WC1 and Deptford SE8, the successful candidate will have responsibility for the day to day management of Cockpit Arts’ business development programme, ‘Making It’. Acting as first point of contact for makers both at Cockpit Arts and externally, you will provide information, advice and guidance via face to face meetings, telephone and email; coordinate workshops and seminars, and promote events and resources via social media and digital channels. What skills do you need to have to apply? You will already have experience of similar work in a related field, and will have excellent organisational, administrative and communication skills.
