It is situated in front of a massive beautiful and quiet dock that reminds a lot of Amsterdam. There is a Tesco-Extra (the huge one) 10mins by walking as well as a Tesco-Express 5 mins away. The flat does not have a living room but it has a dinning hall and kitchen and storage space for everyone. The building also offers a beautiful big shared garden, perfect for BBQ or just for chilling and reading a book.
The en-suite bedroom is available from the 1st of April and the rent is £700 PCM ( £175 PW) but bills are not included (around 30-40£ per month/person). Student preferred.
