It’s the best fleamendously free weekend market!
Stoke Newington’s lovely alternative flea market returns next weekend with another superb selection of hand-picked stall holders, selling as always an eclectic mix of salvaged, one-of-a–kind, lost and found objects, and couture items. As we’ve mentioned in our last month’s post Hackney Flea Market has veteran sellers from established markets like Spitalsfields/Bermondsey, selling alongside locals clearing out their loft, as well as promising designers offering limited editions of handmade goods.
On the day Hackney Flea Market is packed full of over 25 innovative and exciting stalls. Expect to find a hall brimming with, Honky Tonk Textiles, Vintage Clothes, Reclaimed Industrial Fixtures, Vintage Furniture, Records, Jet Set Junk, Handcrafted Jewellery, Antique Luggage, Curiosities & Collectables, Atomic Era Electricals & Beautiful Handmade Goods and more. You’ll always find something different and amazing.
This month the sound system is manned by Private Avalanche, so expect to hear a smorgasbord of the most obscure musical treasures. And to keep you all fueled up, there’s an on-site café selling tasty homemade delicacies.
