Stay hungry, Stay Inspired!
Stomach, the London-based company / artist-run event presents its first show at Hoxton Arches Gallery on the 22nd of August 2013, consisting of a group exhibition, film screenings and seeds of music! It’s a bit hard to categorise this first summer show, falling somewhere between an art fair and a curated show, with works from different artist next to installations and performance art.
There is an open submission policy which means that virtually unknown artists are offered the chance of getting their work displayed together without knowing each other until the date of the exhibition.
Surprisingly, in a city where you even have to pay for water, Stomach will serve a proper Italian style aperitif, which means FREE food for the whole duration of the show! This exhibition is a great chance to catch different talented emerging artists and get a sneak peek into their creative works. We know art exhibition should be able to engage both children and adults alike but unfortunately Stomach’s first show is not recommended for children.
