The way we eat, or more specifically the things we eat, is becoming more and more important and are now at the forefront of consumer discussion. It’s more important than ever to use all parts of the animals we eat and make sure that nothing goes to waste. That’s why we like the style of Trawler Trash, a brand new restaurant in Islington that is doing away with more popular and regularly used types of fish in favour of those that are normally discarded or are not seen as regularly in modern cooking. And what’s even better? They are offering 50% off in their first week of opening.
At the new restaurant, expect to tuck into such delicious catches as pilchards, coley, sprat, grey mullet and crayfish. We’re especially looking forward to Kipper Carbonara served with peas and rocket, as well as steamed Mussels with cider, clotted cream, diced apples, parsley and hand cut chips. They’re also planning a swish cocktail bar at the back of the restaurant, in case you needed something to was all of that tasty fish down with! Want to book? Just email firstname.lastname@example.org with your details!
