Join the housing revolution taking London by storm

You may have seen our recent post on the London Rental Index. In it, we gave links to the report by Spare Room that said that in some areas of London, rent was actually decreasing. However, for a lot of students, this change comes too little, too late. Over the past few weeks, many students from London Universities have gone on a rent strike, forcing landlords to cut extortionate rent prices, making it fairer and reducing the cost of living.
However, those behind this plan have grand ideas for taking things further. They want to expand the strike to not only help the housing crisis across the UK, but in Europe, to. But in order to realise their plans, they will need a lot of help. In order to move the project on, they are looking to raise 6000 euros. This money is the total needed to move the campaign to another campus. It covers everything from printing flyers to throwing community assemblies which will help to get everyone into action! Any money raised above this target will go to future campaigns, helping to spread the project further. Fancy getting involved? You can help out here!
What?: London Rent Strike.
Where?: London and beyond!
