The best free things to do this weekend 11-13 April
There is a a massive amount of free events in London every single weekend… Lots of them are crap and we just don’t want to suggest random free gigs. The whole idea behind this post is to suggest events and gigs that we would also like attend so we try to select the top 5 that we find. By the way, we also include Friday events because for most of us the weekend starts from Friday right? So, without further ado here is our Top 5 Free Events in London this weekend!
►Boogie Nights London gig at Plan B in Brixton, SW9 7AY – Fri 11 (Free before midnight)
A cool Disco/Funk/Soul/Boogie/House night – Free guest list before midnight.
►Darren Almond, Franz Ackermann and He Xiangyu’s Exhibitions at the White Cube Bermondsey, SE1 3TQ – Until Sun 13
Last 3 days of 3 amazing exhibitions which have received rave reviews followed by a free film screening on Sunday.
►Wasted Chic Fresh & affordable fashion pop-up sale at McQueen – Shoreditch, EC2A 4AA – Sat 12 (12:30–5pm)
The launch of a nice pop up designer sale featuring both men’s & women’s fashion, DJ sets, cocktails and more.
►Urban Food Fest Street Food Night Market at at Euro Car Parks in Shorditch, E1 6HU – Sat 12 (5pm to midnight)
The famous Urban Food Fest Street Food Night Markets are back with a Where’s Wally themed launch party
►Bengal to Bethnal Green & An Open Jam Session at Richmix, E1 6LA – Sun 13 (3.30pm – 5.30pm)
The final Bengal to Bethnal Green show followed by an open jam session hosted by the trumpeter Kevin Davy.
