FREE exercise classes for women

Worried about getting bikini fit in time for summer? Worry no more – in parks and Nike shops all over London you can join in exercise classes for free.
The Nike Training Club (NTC) provides an alternative to costly gym memberships and boot camp programmes. The classes range from high-intensity workouts, yoga and training for runners. It doesn’t matter if you are just starting your fitness program or you’ve been working out for years – the instructors will adjust the drills to your individual needs.

NTC prides itself on being a community; it’s a lot more social than going to the gym and great for people like me who find it hard to motivate themselves to exercise alone. The women who attend the classes vary in age, nationality, occupation and lifestyle – nobody is excluded. It’s really awesome to have them on the side-lines urging you to keep going.
It is extremely easy to register – you just need to like the Facebook page then choose which classes you would like to do. It may pay to book a few in advance as some of the classes are very popular.

The class locations are – Clapham Common, Finsbury Park, Nike Covent Garden, Niketown London, Regent’s Park, Victoria Park, Westfield Stratford City and Westfield London.
If you are unable to make it to one of the classes then you can also download the smart phone app – a great way of keeping up with your training in your own time.
